"Long but strong first experience. Positive, attentive, thorough. As first time home buyers, and little knowledge on house structure, Tricia helped keep our vision broad, pointed out concerns, issues, etc. She is quick to respond to questions and calls. Most of all open to communication and working together and adapting. My biggest frustration was pricing, I had no experience. Tricia didn't guide much on pricing at first, however once i spoke to her more on it, like how much on earnest, waiting to offer after a couple weeks on overpriced, comps, etc, she was quick to assist further and guide. She never made us feel uncomfortable which was not what i was expecting from a Realtor. So if you work with her, keeping your concerns in the open, and pain points, is best. I also got my loan through a suggested person they often work with, they were stellar. (Pricing, communication, speed, etc) We ran into a good chunk of tough sellers, poor condition houses, over priced houses, etc. and I am very happy with the end result."
